Deep Diver - 280.00€
(4 dives over 2 days)
Deep Diver will teach you to dive safely to 40 metres, using appropriate ascent/descent rates, breathing techniques, equipment use and safety stops.

Digital Underwater Photographer - 235.00€
(2 dives over 1.5 days)
Capture your memories and share your underwater world with non-divers by learning how to use an underwater camera. Price includes camera hire.

Diver Propulsion Vehicle - 180.00€
(2 dives over 1 day)
Here's diving with a difference. Of course it's fun, but what special buddy team considerations are there, how do you ascend and descend safely, and how do you handle a runaway DPV? All this and more will be covered in this one day course. Price includes DPV hire.

Drift Diver - 165.00€
(2 dives over 1 day)
Learn to enjoy and understand currents and how to dive with the flow. Learn about the types of drift dive and options for descents, ascents and exits. Good buoyancy control is essential for this course.

Emergency First Response - 125.00€
(Theory and practical work over 1 day)
Gain an internationally recognised certification in the basic principles of assisting those with life-threatening injuries. Also includes secondary care for helping with non life-threatening conditions, with techniques such as injury assessment, splinting, bandaging, etc. This course is equally relevant in the home and many workplaces.
EFR Care for Children - 125.00€
(Theory and practical work over 1 day)
Special techniques and considerations for administering fist aid and secondary care to children.
EFR for Adults and Children - 205.00€
(Theory and practical work over 1.5 days)
Combining the above two courses.

Enriched Air NITROX theory - 145.00€
(Theory only 1 day)
This course covers both theoretical and operational considerations of using enriched air with 22% - 40% oxygen. Diving with Nitrox is particularly useful for those with a heavy diving schedule as it cuts risk by reducing Nitrogen loading. Full NITROX certification is awarded for this theory only course. Following certification you can of course elect to make some dives using enriched air and we offer free Nitrox for a 32% 12 litre tank.

Multilevel Diver - 165.00€
(2 dives over 1 day)
Ascending to shallower depths extends dive time by slowing your nitrogen absorption and air consumption. Learn to use this technique, using your computer or the wheel.

Night Diver - 220.00€ (min. 2 people)
(3 dives over 3 nights)
The undersea world at night is quite different from its daytime counterpart. Colours appear more vibrant in torchlight and different creatures are at work and play. On this course you will learn about night dive planning, organization, procedures, techniques and potential problems, how to control your buoyancy at night, entries, exits and underwater navigation at night and nocturnal aquatic life, since many of the plants and animals you'll see are different.

Peak Performance Buoyancy - 145.00€
(2 dives over 1 day)
Mastering buoyancy control reduces air and energy consumption and allows divers to dive gracefully and efficiently. See how weight, its distribution, breathing, streamlining and fitness all affect your buoyancy. You are guaranteed to dive with less weight after this course!

Search & Recovery - 280.00€
(4 dives over 2 days)
Apply the most relevant search pattern for the conditions; identify the effect of surge, current and waves. Once you've found your lost object, work out the best recovery technique.

Underwater Naturalist - 145.00€
(2 dives over 1 day)
Build on your existing underwater experience in observing and discovering the natural world and recognise how your actions affect the organisms you interact with.

Underwater Navigator - 220.00€
(3 dives over 1 day)
Even those who can find their way back to the boat will benefit from this course, which teaches a range of techniques to improve efficiency in navigation. Never be lost again!

Wreck Diver - 280.00€
(4 dives over 2 days)
This course teaches how to assess and navigate a wreck safely, the use of roping skills, looks at hazards and considerations, plus wreck diving and the law.

Master Scuba Diver - 40.00€
(Application fee only)
The Master Scuba Diver rating is the highest recreational diver rating in the PADI program, and denotes superior achievement and proficiency. To apply you need to be certified to Rescue Diver or equivalent, have any 5 PADI Specialities and at least 50 logged dives.

Diving Tenerife with Aqua Marina
Fish

Gavin and Maria, Ireland

1 May 2009

A big hello to everyone at Aqua-Marina. First dived with the guys in November 2008 and was so impressed with everything from the equipment, staff and facilities. We've just been back, April 2009, and the experience just got better. Paul, Ines and Ray are just brilliant and the atmosphere is so laid
